Description of Program:

The Green Valley Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is designed to bring primary care services to veterans living in Santa Cruz and southern Pima counties. The CBOC serves veterans from two primary population centers - Green Valley and Nogales, Arizona.

  • Health screening
  • Health promotion
  • Health maintenance
  • Education
  • Management of acute and chronic diseases
  • Women's Health
  • Routine/urgent care procedures, such as:
    * Dermatologic procedures
    * Gynecological exams
    * Skin tests
    * Dressing changes
    * Immunizations
    * Optometry services
    * Mental Health

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (except Federal Holidays).
