Description of Program:

The Yuma Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is designed to deliver Primary Care Services to eligible veterans living in Pima, LaPaz and surrounding counties.

Services and Scope of Care

  • Health screening
  • Health promotion
  • Health maintenance
  • Education
  • Management of acute and chronic diseases
  • Women's Health
  • Routine/urgent care procedures, such as:
    * Dermatologic procedures
    * Gynecological exams
    * Skin tests
    * Dressing changes
    * Immunizations
    * Optometry services
    * Mental Health

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (except Federal Holidays).

  • No walk in appointments are available at this facility. For appointments, call 520-792-1450 or 1-800-470-8262.
  • To assist in your care and treatment, please bring all of your medications to your first appointment.
  • A joint sharing agreement between the Department of Veterans Affairs and the Bureau of Land Management. Effective use of our resources to serve you better!
