Description of Program:

The Casa Grande Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is designed to deliver Primary Care Services to eligible veterans living in Pinal county and outlying areas.

Services and Scope of Care

• Health screening
• Health promotion
• Health maintenance
• Education
• Management of acute and chronic diseases
• Women's Health
• Routine/urgent care procedures, such as:
  * Dermatologic procedures
  * Gynecological exams
  * Skin tests
  * Dressing changes
  * Immunizations
  * Optometry services
  * Mental Health

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday 8:00am – 4:30pm (except Federal Holidays).
