The Sierra Vista Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is designed to deliver Primary Care Services to eligible veterans living in southeastern Arizona.

• Nutrition
• Optometry Services
• Physical Therapy

• Returning Combat Veterans Program
• Routine/urgent care procedures, such as:
  * Dermatologic procedures
  * Skin tests
  * Dressing changes
  * Immunizations
• Social Work

Hours of Operation:

Monday through Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm (except Federal Holidays).
