Scheduling Appointments

To schedule a primary care appointment, call the numbers below and listen for the prompts to be connected directly to your assigned care team. The calls are answered by trained patient service assistants and registered nurses. All other appointments can be made through that particular service.  The operator can connect you to the clinic that you are calling.

Hours of Operation:

This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. During administrative hours (8am-4pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays) the calls are answered by the SAVAHCS primary care staff. During non-administrative hours and the holidays, the calls are answered by trained telecare nurses for VISN 18. The after hour call service is currently through the Dallas VA.
