We promote the quality and efficiency of health care through the credentialing and privileging process. Thereby, maintaining the highest standard of integrity and ethical behavior. By promoting the highest possible standards of professional competence, ensure high standards of patient care and patient safety.

Our hours of operation: Monday – Friday 0730 to 1600 (except Federal holidays).
