Description of Program:
The Yuma Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) is designed to deliver Primary Care Services to eligible Veterans living in Pima, LaPaz and surrounding counties.

Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., closed all Federal Holidays

• Pharmacy Consultation

• Telemedicine/Telehealth Education
• Women’s Health

Rural Health Care Coordination Center
Description of the Program:
The Rural Health Care Coordination Center was established to increase rural outreach and access to VA health care services. It is the home base for home care services such as the Home Based Primary Care, Care Coordination and Veteran Homeless programs.
Services provided at the location:
The Yuma RHCCC is co-located in the Yuma CBOC facility.
Services available are:

• Homeless Program
