Virtual classroom classes are basically like a Skype phone call – you can see and hear the instructor and other participants and they can see and hear you. We will need your exact address (location where you’ll be during the class) when you register in order to assist us should you have an emergency.

 

We have handouts for some of these classes, so we need to get them to you before the class starts. Please register in time to receive handouts.

We will return your call to complete the registration process. You can also use this number to request individualized Health Coaching (by phone).
