Back in Action
For those with chronic back pain, the one-hour exercise class targets the neck and back health, starting with beginner exercises and progressing to intermediate as tolerated. Appropriate for all levels. Significant others welcome.
Led by a Certified Personal Trainer, this small group class highlights basic movements used in everyday life. The primary focus areas of each class will cover body weight, strength, flexibility, and balance. This class is perfect for those who have not exercised in a long time or have limited mobility. This class is not a series and welcomes walk-ins.
Gentle Movement Class
This class is for Veterans who have not exercised in a long time or don't know where to start. This is a great class that offers easy to do exercises that can be done anywhere.
Qi gong is a form of exercise that involves posture, breathing, and mental focus. Qi gong will help you reduce stress, build strength, increase energy, and enhance your immune system.
Yoga improves flexibility, builds strength, helps reduce stress, improves energy, and breathing. We offer a chair yoga class, a floor yoga classes, breathe and bend yoga, and yoga Nidra (meditation yoga). Significant others welcome.
